On May 1, 2025, Digmatix signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of BCS Itera, a leading Estonian technology company specializing in Microsoft solutions.
This strategic acquisition brings together two strong regional Microsoft solution partners, significantly enhancing Digmatix’s competitiveness across the Baltics and expanding its service offering in manufacturing, retail, finance, and human resources management sectors.
With a team of over 100 highly qualified specialists, BCS Itera will join the Digmatix Group. BCS Itera is widely recognized for its long-standing expertise in retail process automation and HR and payroll solutions. Combined with Digmatix’s existing platforms, this acquisition will create the region’s leading HR and payroll solutions offering.

Thanks to BCS Itera’s expertise in manufacturing, retail, banking, finance, and insurance sector automation solutions, Digmatix will significantly scale its operations. In addition, BCS Itera’s proprietary HR management solutions will strengthen Digmatix’s HR product portfolio, enabling the effective digitalization and optimization of complex HR processes across the region.

The transaction is subject to approval by the Estonian Competition Authority and is expected to be completed in May 2025. No disruptions in services to existing clients are expected.
The acquisition was supported by an investment from the Baltic private equity fund Livonia Partners and financing from SEB Bank, supporting Digmatix’s long-term strategic growth. KPMG Baltics Estonia provided financial and tax advisory services, while Sorainen’s Latvia and Estonia teams provided legal support for the transaction structuring.
This acquisition follows Digmatix’s previous successful expansions in Estonia, Lithuania, and Poland.
