Video is a short overview of Object Management and Billing solution in Business Central. Solution is for companies that offer different services (cleaning, maintenance, security, waste etc) on multiple physical addresses (objects).
During demo we show how to:
- Create objects
- Add object information (incl. object attributes) and address
- Connect object to customer contacts and our company employees
- Manage services on the object
- Manage object based pricing
- Create contract that's used during billing
- Connect purchased items to object and set resale price for that item
- Handle recurring billing (including resale items)
- Financial reporting of object (incl. object budget)
