Digital Mind AS is a business technology consultant providing unstructured information management and process automation solutions. The company was founded in 2004 in Riga, and as of now is operating from 2 offices in Riga and Tallinn serving customers predominantly in Baltic countries.
Our process automation business line is growing, and we are seeking an Intelligent Process & RPA Builder who is ready to work with robotic process automation technologies and architecture.
Here, you will take complete, end-to-end ownership of customer projects from understanding business needs to redesigning processes, to managing customer’s RPA infrastructure, to implementing various automation solutions that increase the speed and reduce costs of operational processes. You will be joining an agile team that continuously grows, develops, and solves customer challenges that impact both their productivity, and ultimately, employee satisfaction.
We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented problem-solver with great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Analyse customer goals and needs, current state of operational processes, and define automation strategies to provide future operational benefits.
- Design, develop and deliver automated solutions in form of PoC (proof of concept) and productive projects.
- Plan, implement, manage and monitor customer RPA platforms and robot farms ensuring proper operations and quality of service.
- Design, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high-quality customer projects by collaborating with all internal teams.
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to be able to define and design effective enterprise-scale solutions for our clients.
- Prior Process Automation/Integration experience
- Experience working and building robots with RPA platforms – Blue Prism, UiPath, Kryon, MS PowerAutomate or similar
- Basic programming skills
- Good communication skills. Ability to talk to clients and discuss business needs and delivered solutions
- Fluent in Latvian and English
