Swedbank cooperates with SigningServices to provide e-signing solution

In cooperation with “SigningServices”, “Swedbank” offers entrepreneurs, as well as the self-employed, a new solution that allows them to sign various electronic documents quickly, conveniently and securely – both for the company’s internal needs and with customers or partners. The new signing tool allows signing documents with a secure electronic signature and a qualified time stamp. The tool is available on the blog “Swedbank for Business”.

“Currently, remote customer service and the organization of business partner relations are an integral part of daily work for most companies. This requires not only the provision of services remotely, but also the execution of various legal obligations, so digital signing of documents is very important. This is confirmed by the great interest in the new tool expressed by the users of the platform “Swedbank for Business” – we observed it in the first days of the tool’s operation,” comments Reinis Jansons, Head of Swedbank’s Financial Institute. “We are pleased to be able to work with experts in the field who have developed an e-signing solution and provide a convenient and understandable service to our customers.”

SigningServices” is an e-signing platform that simplifies enterprise digital business integration and user experience. In corporate online channels, customer self-service portals and e-shops, various online services, Internet banking, as well as internal document and customer management systems, “SigningServices” is used to provide both convenient e-signing and authentication, as well as fully controlled and secure flow of information.
