On 27 November, Digmatix signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Croatian consultancy DignetSoftware.
DignetSoftware’s current shareholders and management team will continue to lead the company, and both parties expect no disruption to client services or ongoing projects.
This acquisition marks an important step in Digmatix’s long-term strategy to strengthen its position as a leading Microsoft Business Applications partner in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and to grow its expertise in retail and manufacturing.
Joining Digmatix provides DignetSoftware access to a broader talent pool and expanded expertise. This will strengthen DignetSoftware’s ability to serve international clients and manage multi-country rollouts. DignetSoftware will also benefit from Digmatix’s management frameworks and operational processes, supporting the company’s growth and scalability.
By integrating DignetSoftware’s team of 30 skilled professionals – particularly those with specialized expertise in commerce and manufacturing – Digmatix strengthens an ability to deliver unified, high-value solutions for clients operating across multiple countries.
