At Digmatix Estonia, part of Digmatix Group, we develop and implement HRM4Baltics – a modern HR and payroll solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and used by organizations across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. We are looking for an HRM Consultant with Lithuanian payroll expertise to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, consultants, and product specialists to implement and develop digital HR and payroll solutions that make everyday work simpler, smarter, and more efficient.
What you will do:
- Advise clients on the implementation and development of HRM4Baltics solutions in Lithuania;
- Analyze HR and payroll processes and help organizations modernize the way they work;
- Configure software functionality according to client requirements;
- Conduct user training sessions and support clients throughout their digital transformation journey;
- Participate in the development of new HRM4Baltics features and services;
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, and product teams across the Baltic countries.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in Lithuanian payroll and/or accounting;
- Strong interest in digital HR and payroll solutions;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to understand and improve HR processes;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English;
- Willingness to travel to Tallinn periodically during the onboarding phase for product training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hands-on collaboration with the team.
