We're currently looking for an HR & Payroll Business Consultant who combines strong business knowledge with a passion for working with people. This is not a technical role. We're looking for someone with a background in HR, payroll, accounting, BPO, shared services, or business consulting, who enjoys understanding business processes, solving client challenges, and helping organizations work more efficiently. What You'll Be Doing
As an HR & Payroll Consultant, you will support clients throughout the entire implementation and optimization journey:
- Analyze HR and payroll processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Configure and customize HR & Payroll solutions according to customer needs.
- Test system functionalities and validate implemented business processes.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops for end users.
- Provide ongoing advisory support to existing customers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation and support project delivery activities.
We Would Love To Meet You If You Have
- Experience in payroll, HR administration, compensation & benefits, accounting, finance, BPO, SSC, or business consulting.
- Practical knowledge of payroll processes and labor law regulations.
- Experience working with ERP, HR, payroll, or business management systems.
- The ability to understand business needs and communicate them clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, or internal business users.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence in conducting meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience participating in software implementation projects.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Experience working in consulting, outsourcing, or shared service environments.
- An interest in digital transformation and business process optimization.
