Join Digmatix Lithuania as a Data Engineer and help clients transform data into valuable business insights using Microsoft Fabric and modern data technologies. You'll design scalable data solutions, build efficient data platforms, and work closely with clients to deliver impactful analytics projects.
Your responsibilities
- Designing and delivering end-to-end data and analytics solutions based on Microsoft Fabric
- Building and maintaining data pipelines, lakehouses, warehouses, and transformation layers using tools such as Data Factory, Pipelines, OneLake, Notebooks, Dataflows, and Semantic Models
- Developing and optimizing data models to support reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes
- Preparing data for analytical use, including ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and modeling
- Supporting integration between Fabric, Power BI, and source systems such as ERP, CRM, and other business applications
- Optimizing solution architecture, query performance, refresh processes, and overall platform efficiency
- Applying best practices related to data governance, security, access management, and compliance
- Collaborating closely with clients, analysts, consultants, developers, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions
- Participating in workshops, discovery sessions, solution design, and selected presales activities
To be successful in this role, you should have
- Strong understanding of modern data platform concepts, including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and storage
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable data architecture
- Experience with Python or PySpark
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics scenarios
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment processes for data and BI solutions
You will particularly benefit from
