Tasklet WMS was not initially the first choice. However, following a market analysis and a thorough review of the requirements and a fit-gap analysis, Tasklet WMS was identified as the application best suited to the group's requirements for managing warehouse processes. It was concluded that Tasklet WMS would be the best and most viable solution. This decision was based on an evaluation of the standard features of Mobile WMS and it's ability to be customized to meet the specific needs of the Utz Group.  

The Utz requirements were similar to the standard system version but included additional functionalities and modifications. Each new feature had to be aligned with the Tasklet Mobile WMS application. All changes were discussed and agreed upon by both parties and in specific cases, certain aspects were also discussed with Tasklet, which consistently demonstrated a willingness to assist. It is worth noting that dedicated features were developed within the Mobile WMS environment specifically for Utz.
