Challenge:

TLT’s expansion into the Vietnamese market and the establishment of a new manufacturing company required the implementation of a business management system that would comply with Vietnamese legal requirements and ensure seamless integration with other information systems. This need arose as part of the company’s international expansion, with the goal of efficiently managing complex business processes while meeting local regulatory standards in Vietnam.

Solution:

TLT implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS in Vietnam, including Vietnamese localization and an HR and payroll solution. Additional integrations were also developed between Business Central and the company’s internal systems. 

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a Microsoft cloud-based SaaS business management and accounting system that easily adapts to the needs of international businesses. It enables companies to manage and automate key business processes within a single system. The solution ensures a high level of data security, compliance with Lithuanian and Vietnamese legal requirements, and offers extensive analytics capabilities.

NaviWorld HR and Payroll is a solution adapted for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and tailored to Vietnamese labour law. It is designed to ensure smooth management of employee-related processes, including time and attendance tracking, payroll calculation, and HR management.

Outcome:

  • Business information and related documents, as well as payroll calculation and HR management processes, are managed and stored in a single system — Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
  • The solution provides the flexibility required for international business operations, including support for multiple currencies, languages, consolidation, and various tax regulations;
  • Operational efficiency has increased through the implementation of inventory integration management;
  • The risk of accounting errors has been minimized;
  • Accounting processes comply with both Vietnamese and Lithuanian legal requirements;
  • Routine operations are performed faster, helping employees save time.
