We are looking for an ERP Consultant who enjoys solving business challenges, working closely with customers, and turning complex processes into smart digital solutions.
What you will do
- Analyze clients' business processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Design ERP solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices;
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related solutions;
- Participate in ERP implementation projects from analysis to go-live;
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing customer support;
- Prepare functional specifications for development and collaborate with software developers;
- Present solution concepts and demonstrate ERP functionality to customers;
- Support continuous improvement projects and further development of existing customer solutions;
- Support sales team with Business Central expertise during sales projects
- Work closely with consultants, project managers, developers, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience with ERP systems, business software, or business process consulting;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to understand business processes and translate business needs into software solutions;
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills;
- Ability to work independently while being an active team player;
- Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and business solutions;
- Good English language skills (written and spoken);
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is considered a strong advantage.
