Senior Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant to take ownership of end-to-end CRM delivery. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand complex business challenges, transform requirements into effective Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, and ensure successful implementation that creates sustainable value.

Your daily responsibilities will include: 

  • Leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects with a strong focus on delivering measurable value to clients; 

  • Advising customers on the effective use, optimization, and further development of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service); 

  • Analyzing client business requirements and translating them into structured system processes; 

  • Designing and configuring functional solutions within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments; 

  • Validating business processes and system functionality to ensure high-quality delivery; 

  • Delivering user training sessions and supporting clients during go-live and adoption phases; 

  • Preparing clear, structured, and comprehensive project documentation; 

  • Proactively exploring new Microsoft technologies and advising clients on their practical application. 

 

To succeed in this role, you bring: 

  • At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including a solid understanding of integration capabilities; 

  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate; 

  • Proven track record in full-cycle implementation projects, from business analysis to go-live; 

  • Strong project management knowledge and the ability to structure and drive delivery; 

  • Experience working independently with clients, facilitating meetings and leading workshops; 

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and effective technical designs; 

  • Experience organizing and delivering user training sessions; 

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and a good working proficiency in English. 

Nice to have: 

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification (-s); 

  • Experience mentoring colleagues or supporting the development of less experienced team members.

Salary range (gross, per month): from €4,000 to €5,500
