IT Sales Manager

Currently we are looing for a Sales Manager (Fabric and Power BI solutions) to join our team and be a key player in shaping our long-term growth in Lithuania and across Europe.

As a Sales Manager, you will:

Drive new client acquisition in Lithuania and across Europe, focusing on Microsoft D365 Sales, Power Platform, and Fabric solutions;
Build, maintain, and grow strong long-term relationships with existing clients;
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to generate demand, engage prospects, and qualify sales opportunities;
Partner with the Implementation Team to develop compelling, value-driven proposals and solutions;
Engage with potential clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and strategic goals;
Lead value-based sales conversations through product demonstrations, presentations, and business cases;
Own the full sales cycle, closing deals and consistently working toward exceeding ambitious sales targets.

We're looking for:

Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B SaaS solutions sales;
High personal drive to achieve results and deliver high-quality service to clients;
Proven track record, previous successes with well-established partners and customers;
Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure across multiple deals;
Proficiency in English to facilitate smooth communication within an international group.
