We are looking for a Country Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing to join our team. As a Country Marketing Manager at Digmatix you will:
- Drive long- and short-term marketing campaigns that shape our presence in the Lithuanian market;
- Lead cross-functional projects, working closely with internal teams and trusted external partners;
- Take ownership of digital advertising across social media, Performance Ads, and SEO to maximize reach;
- Manage and guide partner agencies to ensure high-quality, timely results;
- Participate in building and overseeing content strategies that engage customers and strengthen our brand voice;
- Keep us ahead by tracking industry trends and competitor activity;
- Turn insights into action by analyzing KPIs and delivering clear performance reports;
- Share our innovations with clients through impactful newsletters, presentations and webinars;
- Partner with Sales, leadership, and HR to support business growth and employee onboarding.
To be successful in this role, you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
- Has 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing;
- Demonstrate a proven track record in executing and managing marketing campaigns;
- Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools;
- Communicate effectively in both Lithuanian and English, with excellent written and verbal skills;
- Are proficient in website CMS, Power BI, Google Ads, and Google Analytics;
- Can analyze and interpret marketing data to optimize campaign performance;
- Bring strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects;
- Show creativity and strong problem-solving abilities.
