About the role
As a D365 Business Central (BC) Consultant you will be responsible for partnering with client stakeholders to understand goals, translating business needs into a clear BC design and orchestrating integrations to streamline the client’s end-to-end experience. Other responsibilities include:
- Analyzing customer needs and modeling processes in the system;
- Writing and reviewing functional specs for extensions/reports that deliver tangible wins;
- Designing functional solutions;
- Leading testing with real client scenarios;
- Organizing and delivering training;
- Configuring the system;
- Preparing documentation;
- Mastering new technological solutions and advising customers.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a background in business management, finance, or technical sciences;
- Has at least 2 years of experience servicing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC or similar ERP system;
- Sees themselves engaging with business and fast-evolving technologies in the future;
- Understands accounting principles;
- Enjoys communicating with people and draws energy from it;
- Is fluent in Lithuanian language and excellent command in English.
Major points if you have experience in the public sector with accounting for budgetary institutions.

Salary range (gross, per month): from €2,800 to €4,600. The final offer will be aligned with your level of experience.
