Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to join our team and contribute to the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, with a strong focus on Supply Chain processes. This role combines hands-on system work, client consulting, and continuous improvement in a collaborative project environment.

As a Consultant, you will:

Participate independently in ERP implementation projects, owning assigned modules from analysis to go-live;
Analyze client business processes and translate requirements into functional solutions;
Configure the system, support testing activities, and prepare project documentation;
Consult and support existing clients in the daily use of Microsoft Dynamics AX/FO;
Organize and deliver system demonstrations, user training, and pilot runs;
Continuously explore and adopt new system functionalities and technologies.

We are looking for someone who:

Has 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation and/or support;
Has hands-on experience with Supply Chain modules (Procurement, Sales, Inventory; Manufacturing or Projects is a plus);
Understands business processes and ERP implementation methodologies;
Is familiar with accounting standards and cross-functional ERP concepts;
Communicates confidently in English and Lithuanian;
Is client-oriented, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in teams.
